From obvious items to lesser known options, these foods may not be making their way into your grocery cart any time soon.

Since caffeine stays in a baby's system longer, the trace amounts could keep them — and by default, you — awake at night. Try switching to decaf options, or avoid breastfeeding for two hours after your morning pick-me-up.
